The Managing Director of the BRK District Association in Kulmbach, Stefan Adam, has made the recruitment of new employees a top priority. Together with his team from the nursing facilities in Kulmbach, Neudrossenfeld, and Marktleugast, as well as the BRK’s own School for Nursing in Stadtsteinach, he ensures that new trainees from China are supported from day one.

Care & Career – Support from the Very Beginning
Chen Chen, project manager of Care & Career, together with Markus Ruckdeschel, Managing Director of the BRK District Association Bayreuth, support the new trainees as part of the Care & Career program of the Bavarian Red Cross. Their goal is to make sure the new colleagues feel welcome right from the start and are optimally integrated into their professional environment.
