As part of the Care & Career project, district managers Markus Ruckdeschel and Thomas Petrak brought the Franconian dialect directly into the classroom for international trainees and skilled workers in recognition.
As part of the “Care and Career” project, the BRK Kreisverband Bayreuth is developing an international network with partners from all over the world to promote the training of care professionals and enable them to work in Germany. The close cooperation focuses in particular on the exchange and adaptation of curricula from universities and training institutions abroad in order to achieve rapid recognition of training courses by German authorities.
